• Check-in is at 2:00 p.m., check-out is at noon.

• Handicap accessibility is limited. Due to the number of levels, our staff's assistance is necessary. It is their pleasure to help guests requiring assistance.

• Taxis are readily available for local travel. Arrangements can be made by our Concierge.
• Our La Terrase Restaurant offers an Ala Carte menu of international cuisine for breakfast. La Terrase also provides a luncheon menu from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.. Snacks are available poolside and on the roof-top sundeck.
• Vegetarian menu is available on request.
• Tours, tour guides, masseurs, manicure, pedicure and hair care available by prior appointment.
• Small pets may accompany guests by prior arrangement.

• Las Palmas is available to Lesbian groups who wish to utilize the hotel’s services for conventions, private parties, etc., on a complete hotel block basis. Pre-payment in full is required.
• A private membership club is available for residents of Acapulco. Day passes for use of the pool, sundeck, bar and restaurant facilities only, are available on a first come, first served basis. Cost is $10.00 US per person, with a $5 US food and drink minimum. Hours of day passes are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m..
• Las Palmas is also available for motion picture, fashion and advertising photography. Prior arrangements and pre-payment is required.

• Las Palmas now has a medical doctor on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
• When needed, Dr. Ricardo Figueroa B.  has been warmly received by our guests and is an expert in working with HIV positive and AIDS patients.
