    Here's what Las Palmas Resort Hotel agrees to do...

• Display your banner in alphabetical order on our Banner Exchange page.

• Hyperlink your banner to any page on your web site.

• Display whatever graphic type of banner you have created.  Your banner can be a static GIF or JPG banner, an Animated GIF banner or a JAVA banner (JAVA code must remain on your host server).

• As our Banner Exchange program grows, we will create hyper-linked topic sections to make your banner easier to find!

• Links to our Banner Exchange pages will be prominently displayed in several places on our web site.  Your banner will be easily found!

• We've made this opportunity absolutely free for your company! There are no costs involved in our Banner Exchange Program.  We only ask that you agree to also display one of the Las Palmas banners on your site and follow a few simple program guidelines below.

  Here's what Banner Exchange members agree to do...

• Prominently display one of the Las Palmas banners on your web site in a position that can be easily found.

• Hyperlink the Las Palmas banner to the index page of the Las Palmas web site.

• Provide Las Palmas with your host server statistics, indicating at least 25,000 hits per month to your web site.

• Display either the Las Palmas static GIF banner or our JAVA banner.  However, if you request that we display your animated banner - either animated GIF or JAVA based, then you must agree to display our JAVA banner (our JAVA program code will remain on the Las Palmas host server).

• Agree that your banner will not exceed our Banner Exchange dimension size limit of 485 x 105 pixels.  There is no minimum size limitation.

• Agree that your static GIF or JPG banner will not exceed our Banner Exchange byte size limit of 30 kb and any JAVA banner will download in quick and reasonable time.  It is recommended that static banners be submitted in GIF format and size be limited to less than 20 kb.  Recommendations on JAVA formatting are available from the Las Palmas webmaster.

• Agree that your banner will not contain any obscene language, frontal nudity or faces of guys/girls that appear to be under 18 year of age.

• Agree that this banner exchange will involve no costs for the Acapulco Las Palmas Resort Hotel.

    Banner Exchange Instructions... Let's get started!

Click here to send an e-mail to Las Palmas  indicating that your company would like to participate in our Banner Exchange program.  Include the following items in your email:

• Your Name.
• Your Company's Name.
• Your Physical Location Address.
• Your Mailing Address (if different from your physical address).
• Your Phone Number.
• Your Fax Number.
• Your E-mail Address.
• Independent verification from your host server that your webs site receives more than 25,000 hits per month.
• The URL of your web site's index or entrance page.
• The exact URL where you intend to display the Las Palmas banner.
• The graphic type of your banner: GIF, JPG, Animated GIF or JAVA.  Note: JAVA code must remain on your host web server.
• The type of Las Palmas banner you intend to display on your web site:  Static GIF or JAVA.  Note:  Our JAVA program code will remain on the Las Palmas host web server.
• A copy of your banner for publishing on the Las Palmas Banner Exchange page.  You may forward your banner to us in one of the following ways:

1. Submit the URL address of your static GIF or JPG banner and our webmaster will copy it.
2. Send your static GIF or JPG banner as an e-mail attachment in a  second e-mail  to:        webmaster@acapulco-laspalmas.com. 
   Please include a copy of the above contact information in this e-mail to the Las Palmas webmaster.
3. Send the exact HTML code, to be included on our Banner Exchange page for your JAVA banner, in a  second e-mail  to:  webmaster@acapulco-laspalmas.com.  
   Please include a copy of the above contact information in this e-mail to the Las Palmas webmaster.

Please be careful to include all information requested.  This will make sure our banner exchange with your company is not unnecessarily delayed.

As soon as your e-mails are received, we will review your request and reply with the URL address and password necessary to access the Las Palmas Banner page.  This secure web page on our site will contain all instructions necessary to install either the Las Palmas GIF or JAVA banner on your web site. 

Please notify Las Palmas by e-mail as soon as you have installed our banner on your website.  Include the exact URL in your e-mail.

Once we have received e-mail indicating that our banner is installed on your web site, we will forward this information to our webmaster so that he can install your banner on the Las Palmas Banner Exchange page.  This will usually take less than 24 hours and our webmaster will notify you when your banner is installed and linked to your web site.
